2010 Meeting Registration

To register for the 2010 meeting in Vienna, please follow these simple steps:

1. Add the applicable fees to your "shopping cart"
2. Check out and complete your payment to SLTBR
3. After confirmation of payment, click on "Return to SLTBR" and you will be automatically redirected
to the Meeting registration form which you must fill out and submit to complete your registration.

	Student registration	$75.00
	Corporate member display	$700.00
	CME/DFP course	$65.00
	Banquet	$80.00
	Late registration fee (after April 30, 2010)	$25.00
