Due to the generosity of this year’s sponsors, funding has been dedicated to offset costs related to student travel to the annual meeting.
Membership: the student must be current with his/her membership. Therefore, your last membership payment must have been executed after July 1, 2016. ($100 USD)
Copy of student ID (sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject: 2017 Travel Grant.
Registration: Paid registration to SLTBR Meeting no later than April 14, 2017. ($50 USD)
Abstract: Submitted abstract to annual meeting no later than April 14, 2017
Congress: Physical attendance at SLTBR Annual Meeting: June 23 – June 25, 2017.
If a student fulfills all requirements, the program committee will select five abstracts based on the scores from at least five reviewers. These five students will receive a check in his/her name in the amount of $500 USD at the SLTBR Annual Meeting 2017 in Berlin. If a student wants to apply for a travel grant, the box ‘travel grant’ needs to be checked when submitting the abstract.
